Event Management
From a full 360 degree management of your event, to implementing existing plans through to delivery, Conflux offers a tailored Event Management service to suit your individual needs and event requirements. We have a wealth of experience managing all scales of events across a wide range of locations, including large outdoor festivals, city centre seasonal projects and national theatre shows. Event Safety
We offer Event Safety Specialists and consultancy in General Event H&S, Crowd Management, Security planning & dot maps, HVM & vehicle route planning, and Fire Safety.
Conflux can also create your Event Management Plan, Risk Assessments and associated safety documentation.
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do and our staff undergo regular training to keep their skills relevant.
Event Crew
Finding build crew for artistic or cultural front of house areas can be difficult, Conflux have a small team of crew who have been selected due to their ability to be sympathetic to the artistic direction of the instillation or event.
#ConfluxCrew are able to work under your direction or independently, leaving you to concentrate on other areas safe in the knowledge the site will be left well presented.
We are also able to provide Production, Leicencing or Event Assistants to support you during planning and delivery.
Equipment Hire
From the small last minute essentials like fire extinguishers to larger items such as gazebo's, Conflux owns a wide variety of assets that are available to hire. Head over to the contact page, email us a list and we can let you know what we can provide for your event. If Conflux doesn't have an item, we will send you alternative recommended suppliers.
Production
Conflux Events® can work with you from the get go and support you from having a pot of money with a blank piece of paper all the way through to the de-rig of your successful event.
