Site and Production Management

Site and Production Management at Conflux Events is all about bringing your event plans to life.

 

Whether you are looking for us to work alongside your existing production team or to take the lead for the physical and logistical backbone of your event, we can provide reliable, experienced support throughout the full lifecycle of your event.

Safety Management

ESMP, RAMS & Other Document Production

Alongside our on‑site delivery, we provide a comprehensive documentation service to support safe, compliant and well‑structured event planning.

 

We produce clear, robust materials that meet industry standards and satisfy local authority requirements, including ESMPs, RAMS, contractor briefs, site plans and operational procedures.

 

Our team works closely with clients to gather the necessary information, identify potential risks, and translate complex operational needs into concise, practical documents that can be used confidently by stakeholders, suppliers and safety partners.

Whether you need a full documentation suite for a large‑scale outdoor event or targeted support for specific operational areas, we ensure every document is accurate, aligned with your event design, and ready for submission or on‑site use.

Equipment Hire

We, at Conflux Events also maintain a stock of practical on‑site assets available for hire, covering everything from the last‑minute essentials like fire extinguishers and event table to larger infrastructure such as gazebos and fencing.

 

All our items are regularly checked, maintained and ready for deployment, making them ideal for topping up your existing kit or filling unexpected gaps during planning.

Event Crew

We recognise that sourcing crew who can operate confidently within artistic or cultural front‑of‑house environments can be a challenge, especially when the work requires both practical skill and an understanding of the creative brief.. Which is why we maintain a dependable team of event staff and specialists hand selected for their ability to follow detailed instructions, work safely around sensitive installations, and maintain high presentation standards throughout the build and live phases.

Our #ConfluxCrew are comfortable working under your direction or managing tasks independently, ensuring front‑of‑house areas are constructed, maintained and handed over exactly as required. They’re used to working within tight schedules, coordinating with other contractors, and adapting to changes on site — giving you one less operational area to worry about.
